This one is a reusable face mask with removable filter. It can be used for up to 4 hours.
It is designed to provide protection and a basic physical barrier. It attaches to the ears with an elastic band and fits well into most shapes and sizes. It covers the mouth and nose tightly and has a pocket for the filter. The lower part falls as a scarf. The mask close with ties at the back and is made of viscose material.
NOTE! This is not a medical device and is not a pharmacy network product!
The mask comes with one filter made of white polyethylene and polypropylene. The material is OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certified, which guarantees that the product does not contain any substances harmful to human health. For maximum protection, always wear the mask with a filter.

Always wash before use! When washing, remove the filter part. After washing and ironing, put on a new filter between the two layers.

As a fashion brand, we know that details are very important and we want to have a steady communication with our customers and to be able to help them with anything they need.
Information such as email addresses are needed when we need to communicate a certain order with the customer and made sure he/she will receive what he/she ordered.
There are times when the customer had already placed the order but forgot to specify certain information and at such time or similar, we need to be able to contact him/her with more questions.
Information such as a street address and telephone number is required for the shipping process. Missing or incorrect addresses can lead to delay in delivery or incorrect delivery and in order to avoid that, we will need this information to be accurate.
There are times when a customer is not at home or at the given address and in that case a telephone number is needed so the customer can be contacted by the delivery company and can reschedule a new delivery in a time suitable for him/her.

No, personal information is needed for the discussion of the order and its shipping and will not be used for any marketing purposes unless the customer has given her/his explicit consent ( via email conversations, phone conversation, etc)

You may return/exchange an order, except custom ones, within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, after that period exchanges or returns will not be possible.
We offer two return options:
1. We can arrange a paid return shipping for most European countries. Please contact us for more info
2. The customer can arrange the delivery themselves. NOTE! It is very important you contact us before sending anything back so we can give you proper address and instructions!
If you wish to exchange an item, first you have to return the old one.

Please note we do not take responsibility for lost packages! If the package gets lost, no returns and exchanges will be possible.
All of our items are handmade which means that they require a certain time to get ready before shipping.

All orders from the US and CANADA are shipped via DHL or USPS based on the fulfillment center. For all countries outside of the European Union, we also use express services.
For the countries in the European Union, we use different local couriers but always with their Premium service.
The shipping time for the countries in the European Union is about 5-10 days; for Romania and Greece is about 2-3 days; for the rest of the countries outside of the European Union is 2-4 days; for the US and Canada is 2-3 days.
The preparation and shipping time depend on the order itself therefore in order for us to be able to give full details, we would need to know the following:
- what are you interested in
- which color are you looking for
- which size do you wear / do you need a custom size
- how soon is the product needed
- where are you located
After consulting with our production team, you will be notified of the possibilities.
Our customers are not required to pay anything extra except the price of the item/items and the shipping cost. However, if you do find yourself in a situation in which you are asked to pay any taxes, please contact us immediately so we can investigate it.
